If the case does not involve an accident with injuries, a bond in the amount of $500 to $2,500.00 will normally be set. The DUI suspect will then be detained until the suspect is no longer a danger to him or herself. Multiple offense DUI charges will likely result in a higher bond with greater restrictions.
